Benefits

Our commitment to our staff is reflected in the range of benefits we provide.

We offer 23 days of annual holiday as standard, increasing after five years' service by one day per annum up to a maximum of 28 days.

We operate a flexi-time system, which can allow up to eight days per annum. Many of our staff can be entitled to this leave, subject to their workload.

We operate a flexible benefit scheme which includes childcare vouchers, cycle to work scheme and purchase of additional holidays.

We offer a contributory pension scheme and life insurance.

Permanent health insurance and medical insurance are also available after a period of time working with us. There are benefits available on conveyancing services and rebate of commission on insurance policies for staff.

We also hold a corporate membership for Historic Houses Association.
