  • Acting as legal advisers to Whitekirk Developments Ltd - for Planning Permission to build a Major Resort Hotel and Golf Complex near Edinburgh. This is a major (£20m) project to build a 100+ bedroom golf resort hotel and associated facilities, together with a new 18 hole golf course, 42 new houses and 21 chalets. Planning permission was granted on 4 November 2008.
