- Advising the National Trust for Scotland on obtaining and maintaining their liquor licences, public entertainment licences and period approval for civil marriage ceremonies at a number of their prestigious historical properties throughout Scotland.
- Advising the North British Trust Hotels Ltd / Crerar Hotels on all liquor licensing matters. We were recently involved in the conversion applications under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 which ensured that the Group’s Scottish hotels continued to be able to sell/supply alcohol to guests and customers after the new legislation came into full effect on 1st September 2009. In addition to providing detailed licensing advice, we are also responsible for providing accredited licensing training to the Group’s managers and staff. This training is delivered at a time and venue to suit the needs of the business.
- Advising Bannatyne Fitness Ltd on the running of their properties in Scotland including property, liquor licensing and civic government licensing in respect of the provision of tanning facilities.
