Yvonne Evans
Yvonne is a senior solicitor in our Private Client department.
She deals with tax planning, trust administration, wills and powers of attorney. Her clients include land owners, high net worth individuals, trustees and family-owned companies.
Yvonne is a tutor at the University of Edinburgh on the revenue law course. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, having passed the STEP Diploma with distinction. She is also a notary public.
Trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries is a particular interest, and in February 2011, Yvonne had an article published in the lournal of the Law Society of Scotland on the topic of personal injury trusts.
