Sheonagh Richards
Sheonagh is a Senior Associate in our Land Resources department.
She has many years experience in handling all aspects of rural property including purchase and sale of farms, forestry, rural estates, sporting rights, salmon fishing, development options, windfarms and other renewable energy projects, crofts, private water supplies and the legal issues arising daily in connection with the management of rural property.
Sheonagh has extensive experience in advising on agricultural tenancies from the perspective of both landlord and tenant.
She is also a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
