Rhona Wark
Rhona is a Partner in our Employment and Pensions Unit in Glasgow.
Rhona has specialised in Employment law for ten years and holds an LLM in Employment law. She also has extensive experience in general commercial litigation.
She deals with the full range of Employment law issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, senior executive exits, and redundancy, Her practice includes advising individuals and businesses across a broad range of sectors including financial services, property, construction and retail, ranging from PLC’S to SME’S and startups. She also works closely with clients on all HR aspects of their business including drafting contracts, staff manuals and policies for managing the people aspect of the business.
Rhona appears regularly both in Tribunal and Court and has undertaken mediation in Employment law and commercial disputes, including judicial mediation in the Employment Tribunal.
She has been a pool tutor for the Glasgow Law schools in Employment law, Civil Procedure and Professional Ethics; she has also tutored and provided materials for the LLM course for Robert Gordon University.
