Gillian Anderson
Gillian is a partner in our Commercial Real Estate department and is also heads up our Property Finance team.
Prior to joining us, Gillian was an in-house solicitor for the Bank of Scotland working within the banking legal team.
Gillian is dual qualified in Scotland, England and Wales. She acts for both, borrowers and lenders, advising on all aspects of property finance including facility agreements, security documentation and also in relation to the restructuring of facility and security arrangements, involving property related assets.
She also deals with all aspects of commercial real estate including site acquisition, property development and development finance.
Gillian is recognised as a 'leader in their field' by law directory Chambers UK 2012 for Real Estate (Scotland).
